You send a short message; I read it; and if there is a fit, the natural next step is a direct voice or video conversation about what to build and why. If it is not a fit, I will say so plainly — and often point you toward what would serve you better.
If I can deliver it, I will be honest about it. That filter protects your time as much as mine.
